refunds + returns

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns on body care, skincare or teas, and all sales are final.

However, in the event that you received a product that was damaged or defective, you must contact us at with your order number about the damaged or defective item within 10 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue—in which case a replacement for the same item will be dispatched at no charge to the customer.

To expedite the process, we may request a photo and/or request original item to be returned for resolution to take place.

If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our return centre within 10 days of the replacement request, we reserve the right to reverse the fund or charge the customer for a replacement product, plus the costs of shipping & handling and postage/delivery.
